Hello everyone. New to the forum. I've battled with weight issues most of my life. 41 years old and have tried a lot of different diets over the years. Have been trying a different approach the past several months that deals more with the mental side of eating rather than just the physical side so to speak. Feels like a much healthier approach to get my mind straight which in turn is helping me lose weight more naturally. Look forward to sharing my journey and hearing more about everyone else's too.
