Anyone try VISALUS... I want to hear your experiences?
 

I just bought myself one bag to try and haven't started yet. Just wondering if anyone has tried and how it was for you?

Tried it. It was too sweet for me. Also didn't like all the artificial ingredients as I am trying to eat clean

I still have 2 bags in the cupboard! There are a ton of shake recipes online.
It is expensive though. I've heard some people say how they've lost 30 lbs but then, they are also at the gym 5 days a week. I did drop 5 lbs the 1st week but to be honest, I don't think it's this miracle everyone is saying it is, but it's a good replacement for a meal if you're in a hurry.
