menopause weight loss help
Actually, I know I need to lose weight but I work out with a trainer 3 times a week and do the treadmill 3x a week. Also I am in the middle of menopause.
I found a chart where I had recorded my weight and inches last year at this same time.. My weight is the same 167 ( I am 5'4") But all my inches except for my arms were 2-3 inches bigger. I do not understand why I'm getting bigger. I just look fat.
