Anyone limit their carbs after 6pm? I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and exercise 5 days a week. I'm trying to lose just a few more pounds. I'm not one to totally cut something out of my diet but stopping carbs at 6 is doable for me. Wondering if anyone has had success with this?
I have found that cutting back on carbs in general has helped me to lose weight. I try not to eat anything after 7-730 at night. I mostly avoid breads, cookies, cakes, pasta (unless it's Dreamfields) and other high carb/high glycemic index foods. It's tough, I know, but it works for me
