I've tried working out and dieting but I never stuck to it but this time Im going to because I found a work out system that is easy and fun to do its called the Chair Gym, I've also been changing my eating habits so hopefully with changing my eating habits and workout on the Chair Gym I will lose weight, I would love to be 120 again, Thats my big goal, Right now Im around 290 so I have a ways to go.
I dont use the chair gym anymore but I do walk for 45 mins every day and I just started walking again so Im sure I havent lost any yet but since posting my first message I talked to my mom and she said 120 is too skinny but she said 150 would be great so my new big goal is to get to 150, When i started my weight loss journey seriously in May of this year I started at 294 and I got down to 290 but now Im 300 so I gained the weight I lost back plus more which really sucks so again Im trying to lose weight and cut back on my eating so hopefully my weight goes down again, I would love to get under 290 and eventually get to 150.
I'm wondering why you gave up on the chair gym? I have one and I love it. When I lost 80lbs one of the things I found most useful was just asking myself before I ate anything if I was really hungry. Most of the time I found I really wasn't. I eat because I love food and eating had become a habit not a necessity. Give it a try and see if it works as well for you as it did for me. Good luck.

I have also suggest, instead of Chair Gym.. I like someone's post before me, why try to have a walk at least 45mins a day. For example, when you go to work, try to manage your time to walk. You are saving money and you can use it to buy weight loss products which are proven. I am pretty sure, you will reach your weight goal in just few months.
