I'm not sure what your question is but that "goal weight" seems really low for your height and sex.
I'm 5 ft., 5 in. and when I was at the gym, I was 121 lbs. I had people commenting on how I looked too thin.
Is there something else going on here...possibly an eating disorder (no offence)?
