college kid 101 Newbie (male) Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: United States Posts: 3	Mono test positive but could it be west nile? A friend of mine was tested for mono and it showed positive on August 16, 2011, and things are still getting worse and worse. Terrible headaches and spinal pain, back pain, sensitive skin, very low energy, nausea, twitching...on and on. But could west nile possibly cause a positive monospot test??
