So the question is; can you get pregnant even though you had these procedures? The laparoscopy would not affect whether or not you can get pregnant. And most women, as I recall, generally ovulate from one ovary and then the other. So you probably have at least one ovary which is up and functioning normally, although I would not count the other one as "nonfunctional" because of the surgery. So, yes, I think you could get pregnant. If you do not want a pregnancy, do not practice unprotected sex. And since you are still at that age when you are feeling invinceable, I might add you should never practice unprotected sex ever, ever, ever. Always protect your body, because ultimately, you are the only one who cares. I don't mean to sound harsh, but that is one of the true facts of life. Take care of yourself.
