Question itchy??

A few days ago,I had a sudden Diarrhea episode(once).I know this sounds gross but some got near my Urethra and Vagina.Ever since then I have been itchy!

I took a shower and am using Gyne-Lotrimen even though I have no cottage cheese type discharge or any other symptoms.Could I possibly have an abundance of Yeast in my stomach or Colon that caused this?I ask because I was not having the itching until this happend and I took a long hot shower after it happend..
