Unhappy little white dots at the tip of nipples
Can anyone tell me what the hell are these little white dots at the tip of my nipples. I noticed them about two weeks ago, they don't hurt and there isn't any discharge, but I don't recall seeing them before. Does anyone know what they are and what causes them?

Also, I have recently started to get these little white heads on my neck, shoulders, and back. Am I suffering from a hormone imbalance or what, I normally have clear skin. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME???????

May I ask how old you are?I started getting those white things on nipples around 17-and I am 23--they go and come--but are harmless I was told by doc.
The white heads may be visiters for a short time--I get them on sides of my cheeks once in a while--sometimes they last months--just leave them and they will go away....But you can always see a doc sweety

Your completely normal, nothing wrong i would say. I have the same thing.

I was told that the white dots are where the milk comes out, totally normal.
