Hi ladies, I'd like to know your experiences with natural progesterone cream for things like pms, anxiety, insomnia, acne, dry skin, hair falling out etc. Which brand of cream do you use? How long have you been using it? thanks!

I've only been using it for a few weeks. I bought it at Hi-health. I don't remember the brand. I am using it becuase I'm getting off that depo shot and trying to get my cycle back. sorry I don't have any more info you for you.

Hi Jenn...I have endometriosis..& have been using for about a yr, it took about 4 months to kick in,,,my periods became less painfull, & more regular. I cant imagine living without it! Im in Canada,,& its hard to find "good" natural progesterone cream,,,so I get it from youngagain.com...
Its actually cheaper ,,even with the exchange rate.
I highly recomend it!
