Question What are the Possibilities


is there a chance that a woman can have regular periods but be infertile?

Well, a lot of women never figure out they're infertile till they try to conceive. All the while, they're having regular periods and would never dream anything is wrong. There are so many possible reasons for infertility.

So I would say yes.
