I have noticed in the last few months that the area between under my right arm and my breast is tender about a week before my period. No lump or anything just sore to the touch. Is this something I need to mention to my dr next time I go?

As far as I know it is perfectly common for some women, but not all to get breast tenderness and swelling before periods. I would not worry about it.
