Question prominent uterus and ovaries

Any clues as to what might cause this? Anyone out there ever diagnosed with this? What treatment did you receive?

What does that mean? As in Enlarged? or Painful?
When I had the problem of an enlarged and painful
Uterus and my Ovary was painful I had a Hysterectomy.
It didn't solve 100% of the problem but it sure did take a chunk out of the symptoms.

Were you suffering from extreme fatigue before you had your hysterectomy?

I had extreme fatigue and horrible horrible pain.
The pain was in existence for years in varying degrees.
It would have good times and bad times but right before my Hysterectomy the pain became debilitating and started sending me to the Emergency Room with mysterious problems. From that point things just started becoming worse on may levels.
The problems were mysterious because all my test results would come back fine.
Nothing could be seen on the countless imaging tests I had done.
It's the nature of internal pelvic adhesions and endometriosis to not show up on imaging tests.
Additionally, Adenomyosis which is the condition that causes the Uterus to enlarge is a problem rarely diagnosed by any imaging test or even a pelvic exam until it is extensive and causing the big enlargement of the Uterus.
Adenomyosis, which is internal endometriosis growing into the uterine muscle, is usually not verified until the removed Uterus goes to the Pathologist.
The Surgeon makes the decision to remove the uterus based on other observations such as an enlargement or pain or usually both symptoms.
