Muscle cramping from Depo Lupron? - Women's Health Message Board

I am on my 2nd injection of the Lupron. Since the first injection I have had some really bad muscle cramping in my calfs, thigh, and butt.
I work in a pharmacy and looked up the drug in the drug facts book........everything symptom in the world is listed except for muscle cramping.

I forgot to ask my doc this morning when I was in the office.

Anyone here had this problem?

Hi there -

No, I have had every other symptom under the sun, but I never had muscle cramping. I think you ought to call your doc back, and ask. One other thing - I get horrible muscle cramps when i get low on pottasium. If you like bananas, go get some. it will help, hopefully. Good luck.
