Pain Left Side...???? - Women's Health Message Board

I am new here, and I am going to my gyn dr tomorrow, and I was wondering if any one has experincing a severe left sided pain, same time every month, and a burning sensation all the time, sometimes when I move it feels like something is moving too...I have had 2 CT's, barium enema,, barium swallow, and laproscopy surgery, and nothing showed up on intestine or female organs, no endo..but this pain is so bad I have to stay still and take high powered pain meds to even controll it...My medical dr read my report from the lap surgery and she said my gyn found adhesions, but he didn 't tell me and didn't do anything about it...Has anyone had adhesions, and what was done??

Your problem is my problem to the “T”!!!!!!!!! Except my pain is on the right. It is like a twisting pain that hits mid-cycle, gets worse during period, eases up (but still hurts) and starts all over again. The only thing that made the pain go away was Lupron. However, please read my posts “Be very aware of Lupron!!!”
The doctors never found any endo. Or anything else on the right. They did find adhesions on the left. The funny thing is that the left side occasionally hurt and hurt exactly like the right. Again, nothing was found on the right.
Why didn’t your doctor remove them when he was in there? I tell you, some times I just shake my head at the medical profession!! My doctor that did my last (2nd) lapro. Wanted to know why my appendix was not removed during my first surgery to alleviate the concern when the pain hits. He said he would remove it during this surgery. Guess what...HE DID NOT!! He didn’t even inspect it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What are we supposed to do?????!!!!!!!!!!
