Question I'm on Ortho-evra, can i still be pregnant?

Usually i use the patch with condoms, but one time without a condom, and he went inside. it was around a week before my scheduled period, and usually on the patch two days after i take it off i start my period. it has been three days, i haven't started, and my stomache feels a little tigter in the middle. is that my mind playing tricks on me? the patch is supposed to be 99% effective, and i haven't had a problem with it for 5 months. i was taking the pill before, and i have skipped periods, but i don't reember the tightening in my abdomen. Could i be pregnant? how long should i wait to get a HPT? will it be accurate?

A pregancy test can be used as soon the first you miss your period if you have regular cycles. You stomach could be playing tricks on your or it could be a pregnancy but I doubt you would be feeling things this soon already.

I seriously don't think you have anything to worry about! I was on ortho evra for many months and we never used condoms.. I didn't know people even did use condoms when they are on the pill or patch. 99% effective means he can ejaculate inside you all the time. And you said you have missed periods before, so I'm sure it is nothing to worry about!

I think it's a bit early to even be considering pregnancy.
