I had breasts of different sizes, maybe not as big of a contrast as yours (I was a full C on my left, a small B on the right) but it was definitely weird looking because the left breast sagged and the nipple pointed down to the floor, and the right breast was small and perky with the nipple pointing out.
Just wanted to let you know that if your thinking about a reduction on one side, I'm advising you to also get augmentation done. I thought that perhaps my doctor would come somewhat close to matching what my right breast looked like, but there's just no way to really match it up. My left breast still has more volume in it and doesn't quiet look like the right. I'm seriously considering saving up for implants now - I don't really want more volume in the left side, but the right would definitely need more cc's of fluid added to get it to match up. I'm unsure as to whether or not I should only have 1 implant put in or both.
Also, to you right now, your areola's probably look fine, but I'm sure your doctor may cut away at some of it on the reduced side. Also, after my surgery, we started to notice that the areola was stretching...so I had to go back in to get the areola reduced some more in a second surgery. It happens in some patients depending on how they heal.

Keep in mind if you get a reduction, and change your arelos size, this can effect your never endings and make you less sensative or more. I asked my doc about it, check with your doc though.
