Thumbs down Are these drs covering their !

I have a hx of endo and PCOS, dx via lap 1998. Had recurrence of symptoms (chronic pain) beginning 2003. Went to Rep. Endocrinologist. Scheduled lap. Performed U/S 1 week prior to surgery, clear. Post op visit he (asst surgeon) blew me off, described locations of endo, spent all of 5 mins w/ me. I was upset because I’m still having L sided pain, feels ovarian. Wouldn’t address the PCOS issue. I had to ask for BCP, which I didn’t get! Next week I called office and asked for copy of OR report. Among other things, it states that during “attempted” hysteroscopy they perforated my uterus, and also drained a cyst of 100 cc of fluid. I’m sorry, when was someone going to tell ME this? Called and s/w primary surgeon, sez perforation no big deal, “lots of docs wouldn’t even mention it”. I had severe cramping and bleeding post op, asked him if that could be the reason why, he sez “nope”. Didn’t ask him about the cyst coz at the time I didn’t realize 100 cc of fluid is about the size of a tennis ball! Feeling very uncomfortable w/ this group of docs right now. Can someone out there can tell me if
1. that’s a large cyst (as cysts go), should it have been visualized on U/S?
2. Doc mentioned possible adenymyosis causing L pain (uterus tipped to left, also dx by 1998 exam)
3. OR report didn’t mention condition of uterus at all, probably because they put a freaking whole through it!

What do I do now? Are these guys blowing me off coz I’m a hypochondriac and the pain is “all in my head”? Or is there a reason for concern? Please help!
