Post painful breasts
Hi,

I have been experencing very painful and swollen breasts just before my periods for about the past 10 years or so. It has been getting alot worse lately and the doctor wants to drain the fluid off and send it to the lab for tests. Has anyone had this proceedure done before? What should I expect? Is it painful? Is there a chance that they are looking for cancer?

Sorry I forgot to mention that I also have a discharge of some sort in both breasts as well. Cancer also runs in my family.
