i am 49 and going thru the change,i am hot then cold ,dizzy ,nauseous,pressure in my head, a feeling of my heartbeat in my right ear,feel down and just fed up of feeling ill.my periods are still regular,please let me know there is somebody else out there going thru these symptoms thx,

I would get that checked out by the doc as since nausea is not a common sign of perimenopause and generally neither is the dizzyness and pressure in the head. Sounds more like sinus problems than perimenopause. While you are at the docs office why not ask him about testing your hormones just to see where you are at right now as far perimenopause.
