 Pain during periods
Within the last several months, at least the last three periods I've had, I've been experiencing vaginal pain. More specifically, only when wearing a tampon and only after the second or third day. Last night I tried wearing a pad instead and the pain did go away but I have to use tampons at work because of my ridiculously heavy flow. I don't know if it's related to the tampon or something else. A background: Since I had my second child a little over two years ago, my periods have become extremely heavy and long (8 days sometimes) and I experience a lot more PMS symptoms and cramping than I used to. I am scheduled to see a new OBGYN but until then, I'd like to know what might be causing the pain???? Any replies are appreciated!
