Loss of nipple sensitivity

Ever since I had my last child 13 years ago (nursed her for 2 yrs) I have completely lost all sensitivity in my nipples. Not only don't I feel anything anymore, it is actually very annoying to have them touched. It wasn't like this before and I'm wondering what could have caused it. I nursed two other children, so I don't really think that's it, although I did nurse the last one much longer than the first two. Needless to say, this depresses my husband because I won't let him touch them. I've asked my gyno about this and he says he's never heard of it, but that it's probably hormonal. I went through menopause four years ago. Hoping someone can relate................

Thanks in advance.
