Abnormal Bleeding???

I was just recently treated for Bacterial Vaginosis, and used Metrogel-Vaginal. I felt a major bloating feeling while using this, and after I was done, about 3 days later I had some strange pains in my ovaries areas. Sometimes really sharp to where I could hardly stand up straight, and then other times really dull aches like cramps. Now yesterday I started bleeding. I am not supposed to get my period for another 11 days now. I cannot tell if this is my period, or if there is something else more serious going on here. I have noticed a lot of debris in the toilet after I urinate. I do not think it is coming from my bladder though. I have also noticed what looks like small blood clot looking specs on the toilet paper after I wipe. I have never experienced this with my normal period. Usually, I have large blood clots when I have my period. Also, it doesn't seem to have the same odor as usual. There is actually pretty much no odor at all. My lower abdomen feels like it is swollen too. There seems to be some lower back pain as well. There are a couple of factors that worry me, because it doesn't feel like I have my period. Can your period even come 11 days early? I never got cramps, or a headache, or food cravings like I usually do. My breast are not swollen either which ALWAYS happens. I guess what I want to know is if there is anyway I can tell on my own if it is my period or not. I have already called my Dr. and I have an appointment tomorrow, but I just really want something to ease my mind. I am pretty scared. Also, my pap-test results came back "abnormal". I had BV when they took the culture though, and they said that might have effected it. Anyone, please share any knowledge you know on this matter, it will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Abnormal Bleeding???

Were any abnormal cells detected with your pap? Did the doctor perform a biopsy to determine what he was looking at that was abnormal?

--Originally, I was scheduled to go back for another pap in three months. From what the Dr. told me, the results either come back normal, or abnormal. I guess tomorrow at my appointment I will find out more info. I just got the results 5 days ago that it was abnormal.
