PurplePrincess

Thank you for answering my post about PCOS. I need to go get checked out but I don't really have the money to go right now. I was just wondering if I do have pcos could that cause really sharp pains around in pelvic area that makes me go to the bathroom like ever half an hour. I don't always get this but ever once in a while I do and it starts with sharp pains around where my ovaries are.

Re: PurplePrincess

Hey Alleycat!!

You're most welcome! I don't mind posting to try and help people out.I know I enjoy it and appreciate it when people reply to my posts. I have been diagnosed with PCOS about 2 mths ago, and I'm still learning. You did sound like you could have PCOS as well. The pelvic pain, or sharp pains could reffer to the "POLYCYSTIC" part of PCOS. You would obviously need to to go a doctor and have blood work and an ultrasound done to find out for sure. I have pelvic pain but my ovaries have been ruled out, and now I'm having a laprascopy done to find out if I have endometriosis or not.I hope you find some answers as to what is going on with you! Good luck!

God bless,
Kristina

Re: PurplePrincess

Nice to hear from you!
If you do ever have any more questions, just post and I will try my best to answer you with knowledge I have, or I'll look it up. I hope everything goes well when you do get to go the the doctor, I hope that find out what is going on. Didn't I see you post something about endometriosis? I think did. If that was you, do you have it? I am having a lap done in a month to see if I have endo or not. Hope to talk to you soon!

God bless,
Kristina

No I haven't posted anything about endometriosis. But I hope that doesn't end up being what I have. Do you have the excessive hair growth that many people have if so does it grow in dark? I have excessive hair and it bothers me so much. I wonder what I can do about that?

Peace out
Alleycat
