Stress causing severe, debilitating pelvic pain

Anyone else get really really bad pelvic pain when stressed?
Last nite I lost a friend after a 3 day struggle with massive head trauma from a car accident and since then all my muscles are tense & hurting & i've got some horrible pelvic pain..its not like menstrual cramps but it is a cramping up of my pelvic muscles and oh my god it hurts so bad sometimes I have 2 lay perfectly straight or arched so it don't hurt so much. \
got a history of possible endo, cysts, possible tipped uterus, hormonal imbalance(painful, heavy, frequent periods, chronic pelvic pain, on yasmin for a year & a half now.
anyone have a similar problem?
how do you fix it?

I have severe pelvic pain, but mostly during my midcycle. My doctor put me on birth control to try to control it, and at first I experienced no midcycle pain. However, this month I have been in bed for the last 3 days having to take potent pain killers. He told me to try to log it in on the calendar so we could see a pattern, then we would go from there. I am not sure if stress makes it worse, but I know it is very painful.

I feel ya..stress does make the pain worse I know for any kind of pelvic issues. I was on narcotics and out for a single week when I would have my period. I would get so sick i'd pass out, i'd have migraines, once the pain was so bad I was screaming for about 3 horus straight.
But going on the pill wast he best decision I made about it all..it takes a long time to work though sobe patient!=)
