| Could this actually be possible?
I am wondering if this is actually a real possibility, or coninsidence so I would appreciate anyone's feedback here. For all of my life my periods have been very irregular (anywhere from every two to 24 months). I had to have strong fertility drugs and steroids to get pregnant because of this. Anyway, about three months ago a couple of friends convinced me of the health benefits of drinking water, so I started. I have to admit that I probably was very dehydrated as I was only drinking a small glass of O.J. each AM and two Cokes per day, total liquid intake. Well, a few weeks after starting the water (I am drinking about 2, 24 oz. bottles per day give or take a few ounces now) I had a period. I then had one about a month later and today, started another one, again, about a month later. Could regulating my periods have been this simple all along, or do you think it may just be coninsidental?
