You may have a urinary tract infection. Do you have a "pulling" sensation when you urinate? Frequency and urgency to go but when you get there, there's not much coming out? If yes, GET TO A DOCTOR! Start drinking a lot of water, but get to a medical facility. Untreated urinary tract infections can lead to kidney damage.

If the answers to the questions above are 'no' you may have a vaginal infection. Get a mirror and examine yourself "down there." Does the vulva and vaginal opening look raw, red, and swollen? Is the skin cracked or split? Do you see a lot of cottage cheesy discharge? If you answered 'yes' make an appointment with your medical provider to be checked.
