i think the title says it all.. my nipples are, well.. puffy
when they're soft (in warm weather etc) they stick out like and inch and look really weird
it's almost as if my breasts haven't grown into them yet, and when they do it will smooth out...
does anyone know what this is?
i'm really desperate to get rid of it..

I have those too...but when they're cold or touched they're cute and shrink in size. My sister is a labor and delivery nurse and sees lots of breasts..she says many girls are like that. Actually I think it's just something you're born with...there's actually a lot of sites dedicated to puffy nipples b/c it's a major turn on for some guys...I know it sounds weird but it's true. You can actually get an areola reduction surgery to correct this but then there'd be a lot of scarring at first before it would heal. I'm in my late 20's and I've never had anyone complain about my nipples...I think we all try to perfect ourselves too much. There's a great website that is like entitled normal breasts or something like that...you can look it up under google..but it's a great resource to see normal breasts and then you'll see you're no different than anyone else. I hope this helps a little! There are many of us puffies out there!

i think it's normal. I have large breasts (D's), and ever since my breasts started to develop my nipples have been like that. They get all cute and perky when it's cold or I'm aroused, but beyond that.... I know what your'e feeling.

it makes it even worse because i'm really flat-chested.. bah
how do you know it's a turn on for some guys? that's very interesting

Hahaha you are not alone! I guess I always figured I was the "weird one" with the puffy nipples. I'm the same way....I hate the way they normally look, but they're really cute when I get cold! It made me feel good to hear that I'm not the only one!
