Hi. I had my period two weeks ago (when it normally appears) and this weekend she decided to come back (lucky me.) Anyways, I'm on bc for the pain and normally I can tolerate it but two weeks ago and now this weekend she is intolerable. I'm needing 400mg of ibuprofen at least every 4 hours (which still doesn't totally relieve the pain.) Most months I'm fine so what is going on? I've been on bc for over a year now...been on Yasmin now for about 8 months. I can't do much but lay down and cry. I can say now that I've officially had the worst weekend in my life.
Going into the dr. isn't an option (no health insurance for 2 more months.) I just want to know what the heck is going on here?! The pain is not getting duller (like it usually does after day 1 or 2). It's not on one particular side. My twin sis has experienced ruptured ovarian cysts before but I'm not vomiting with a fever like she did. I'm 22 and in good health. I can't stand this and I'm wondering if any of you have any words of wisdom. Thanks.
