how can i speed up my period? like get it over with faster because i dont want to be on when i go away this weekend how can i get it to finish faster? any suggestions?

Exercise brings mine down faster. Also for some reason when my feet are really cold it I have to change the tampon constantly. Soon as I warm my feet though I bleed light

I think you misunderstood. When my feet are cold I bleed faster. When I put on socks I bleed less than when they were cold. The colder they are the more I bleed.

I kinda had a few typos on that other post above. Sorry to confuse you.

If your on the pill tale ther last 2 pills I think it is and that will bring it on earlier ..call a pharmacy and ask(say it's your 10 anniversary or something this weekend and they'll understand ).Just make sure to get a refill !
