Day after period is done. Chance of pregnancy - Women's Health Message Board

Is it likely to get pregnant right when the period cycle is done?

I had sex the last day of my period. Which I would say my period was done or finishing up. I had very slight slight brown blood. (sorry for being so graphic.)

I am not regular. So, should I be concerned? I would say no, am I right? I hope I am right.

Not that it matters anyway. I am in a good marriage with no children. We don't plan on having children but a suprise baby would be welcomed

You can get pregnant at any time in your cycle. It's less likely during your period or right after, but it can still happen, depending on when you ovulate.

That is the exact day my sister got pregnant. She had sex the day after her period ended. She didnt use protection because she thought the chances were pretty much zero.

Well, I am not really concerned if it does happen. I hope it doesn't but if it does happen the baby would certainly be very welcomed.
