ok, i need to know, my girlfriend may be pregnant, if she goes in for an abortion we need to know how they do it, how much does it cost, and she is going with her brother who is 23 do her parents need to be there and do they need to be notified, please help me, thanks for reading

First off how old is your girlfriend? If under 18, I know here you have to have a parent or legal guardian. Second, she needs to find out for sure if she is indeed pregnant which at the clinic they will give her a test to find out for sure and that should be free. IT depends on how far along she on how they do it. I know they now have a pill you have to take at the clinic so they can watch her take it and you have to go back in to take another one which will then cause her to cramp and bleed. That's about $300 and the farther along she is the more $$ it is. I only know this because my friend works at a Women's Clinic here that does abortions. Also, did you ever think of adoption and not abortion? An abortion is a serious thing to consider and she will probably need counseling after it AND all the support from you. Always use protection if you don't want a pregnancy!!

I know it seems like going through with the pregnancy and giving it up for adoption sounds hard and impossible but time flies and once its over you guys will be back to normal. My friend had an abortion and it isn't the most comfortable thing. There is cramping and bleeding afterwards. I know in the old days the procedure hurt like hell. Think about this carefully.
