my whole life i have dealt with a problem with vaginal itching. i call them the "itchies" . Usually happens just before my period and most of the time it goes away after my period. But lately i have been have severe itching and cracking. my doctors have tested me for EVERYTHING and they have no clue what is wrong with me. It think it may have to do with dryness. i thought maybe im too dry down there. when ever of go to sit down and use the bathroom i split my skin down there and it is PAINFULL!!! i am constantly in pain & itching. the worse part is nothing seems to help!!! i am going insane with this. I can't seem to let these painfull cuts heal because when ever i use bathroom they split back open. please if anyone has any ideas please please let me know.

When you say your Drs tested you for everything does that include your hormone level like estrogen? Lack of estrogen can cause your vagina to be dry which will cause burning and itching. There are estrogen creams you can use which will heal your vagina and restore moister..also vit e helps.

i itch before a period and tingle! its horrible x

thank you so much for responding!!! i have had problems with my hormone levels. i use to have to take BC pills for cuz i would only get my period once every 2-3 mos & then after after 2nd child i had my period for 11 mos!!! so i will definatly try the creams
