Shmolissa

I have this achy pain in my lower abdomen mostly on the right hand side which sometimes increases with certain body movements. I also have this really bloated feeling in my abdomen and I seem to have an increased amount of watery/clear vaginal discharge. This has been going on for a few days now. Before this started I had 2 or 3 days or nasuea in the morning and diarrhea in the evening, now I cannot have a bowel movement. Does anyone have any idea of what this could be?
