help me. please. i am very concerned about a whitehead looking pimple in my genital area. i know its not an ingrown hair because it inside the vaginal lips. i had one once before and it eventually went away and i hadnt really worried to much about it since then but now im worried. i have no idea if this is some symptom of an std or anything like that. i have no clue what is wrong with me. or if anything is wrong at all. if anyone can help me please write back. im not familiar with std s or very many other female problems. i know this isnt like a yeast infection or uti, but honestly i dun even know where to start trying to figure this out.
I have had these before and still do get one once in a while. One time one built up to be like a real big pimple boil deal and popped and a lot of pus came out of it. They are just inside the vagina on one side on the smooth skin surface is where I had them. They would get real sore before they burst. Eventually went away.
I am having the same issue, pimple like things that pop after awhile. I still haven't went to the doctor yet...which I need to. These things hurt very badly. I have one every once in awhile but they go away after a week or so. I was told it could be some sort of bacterial infection?? Anyone else have any ideas?
Actually I have been researching this all morning and every thing that I have read on it says that this is MOST LIKELY a pimple and the best way to get rid of it is apply a warm compress, never pop them. It is very common to get pimples down there from time to time. I have also spoken with my physician and she has assured me that it is almost 100% not HERPES or any other STD. Herpes produces blisters not pimples...although I do suggest going to the doctor to get everything checked just to make sure I would also suggest just researching a little bit. it is amazing the information you can find on the internet.
I have had them as well and I get them every once in a while. I usually just leave them alone and they eventually go away. It is most likely a pimple and will go away on its own just like any other unless it gets infected... Keep your fingers away from it and let it go away. You'll be fine!
