Hunger during menstruation
Does anyone know how to keep from feeling perpetually famished before and during menstruation? I know the feeling is greater than the actual need for extra calories, because I have to diet the rest of the month just to keep from gaining weight. Is there a particular type of food or vitamin/mineral that will quench the hunger?
