| Unusally Lite Period?
I'm hoping that maybe someone could give me a bit of advice, not really sure what's going on with my period...
In October of 2004 I had an abortion (I was 20 years old) and after that my follow up was fine, and in May 2005, my annual gyno checkup was fine.
However, for the past few months, (I noticed it probably in September) that my period has gotten unusally lite and doesn't last the normal 5 days (like it use to).
Also, this past week (Jan 10) I had bloodwork done proving that I have a blood disorder called Leiden Factor 5, (only one gene), which is a clotting agent present in my blood. I was wondering if this had anything to do with my period being so lite or whether I should be concerned with the procedure done in October?
Also, my Doc. just put me on a low dosage of baby asprin to prevent clotting.
Also, I was on the patch for almost a year and stopped it in September? Could this be a reason why its so lite?
