Never posted here before, so any advice that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Two days ago I started having this really weird "cramping." They weren't like menstrual cramps; they weren't really all that painful, although they were definately uncomfortable. I put my hand on my lower abdomen (where I was cramping from), and it felt really tight/hard. The cramps only lasted for about an hour, but the tightness is still there. It's been a little over three weeks since my last period. I've also noticed that I don't have as much cervical mucus as I normally have. Does anyone have any ideas about what may be going on?
If you have great concern, I would call your dr's office and be checked as to rather be safe than sorry. I am not sure what is happening as not sure of all your symptoms.
I had something similar one time and it wasn't that at all, it was actually I became lactose intolerant and everytime I ate dairy or if I still do, my stomach and lower abdomen get hard,
But I would call your doctor if you are concerned as relief of mind is worth a million
