Always wet down below.....

Recently I've noticed that I seem to be wet down below all the time. If I'm aroused I'm also producing a lot more lubrication, it's literally dripping wet, but even when I'm not aroused, I seem to be getting very wet.

The discharge is clear and slippery, like the lubrication when I'm aroused, but why is it happening when I'm NOT aroused? I do wear a panty liner, but I often have to change it by lunch time because it gets so wet.

If it's of any relevance, I'm on Microgynon 30 (combined contraceptive pill) and have been for 18 months with no problems. I'm not sexually active, so it can't be an STD or anything like that.

Re: Always wet down below.....

I want to say this is normal with ovulation, but you say you're on birth control, so if I were you, I'd ask my doctor what is going on. It might just be normal for you, or you might have something going on that can be fixed with meds.

Re: Always wet down below.....

I have the same problem. My doctor says that some women naturally produce more fluids than others. Vaginal fluids are for protection by flushing any bacterias out and also for natural lubrication. He told me that there really isn't anything that can be done about it, and he recommended that I wear panty liners every day and to spray them with FDS before putting them in my panties. Hope this helps.
