I have vaginal drynesss so bad that the skin behind my vagina was cracked. It's almost time for my period, is this normal? Is there anything I can do for it? I Know that inside my vagina I had really thick discharge, and i'm getting over having a yeast infection.

There are several personal lubricants you can buy at the drugstore to restore moisture...some have pre-filled applicators and claim to work for several days with each application. Replens is the name of one and there is one by KY too. If you are using medication still for your yeast infection, I would only use an external lubricant until you are finished with your course of medication.
