Possible cyst? - Women's Health Message Board

I have been on depo shots for a few yrs. I have endometrosis as well as other health issues. I have recently been having extreme pain in my right ovary area. I am suppose to go thursday to get an ultrasound. The pain and nausea is becoming a serious problem for my daily life. Has anyone ever encounter having cyst while being on depo or with endo? I am really concerned about what can be done too. I jsut got my shot about three weeks ago.

I'm going to say yes, based on my experiance. I don't have endo, but I am prone to ovarian cysts. I have been on b.c. and had them grow and rupture.

Me too I was on bc and had an ovarian cyst grow to the size of a tennis ball and rupture. Very painful. Make sure you get checked out before it ruptures.
