Unhappy Yeast Infection or STD?

Let's see, well to make a long story short I've been having UTI's a lot lately...I think I've had seven since last year. Last time I went the doctor she decided to try me on antibiotics for a month and a week. I've got two weeks left, but the bad thing is I think I've got a yeast infection. I know a lot of antibiotics can cause yeast infections....but I'm also scared I may have a STD and not a yeast. I've been using a over the counter yeast infection treatmeant for two nights, and I've had to discharge what so ever. I have a lot of symptoms of Pelvic Inflammitory Disease, Vaginitis, and Tichomonas. I've puked three times since 3:30 this morning. I still feel nausea and I can't keep anything down. I'm also running a fever of 100 and 101, getting chills often also. It's very red and itchy down there. No bumps or anything. I've also had back pains for a while now, atleast three months. It's right around the lower-middle part of my back and it feels like a sharp pain down my spine that kinda spreads around it. I told my mom and she's gonna take me to the doctor soon. I just wondered if anyone could help me out here as of now. I'm so confused. I can't seem to rule out what it might could be. Any help? Thanks in advance...

Amber

Re: Yeast Infection or STD?

Okay well...my mom's taking me soon I guess...

About the Trichomonas, I've always had a clear or white substance come out down there...it's like you feel something running out, and you think you've started or something. So I'm thinking that might coming from Trichomonas....I guess I'll tell my mom when she gets off work. Anyone else that can help me somehow?
