Really dark colored urine/ nightmares - Women's Health Message Board

Hello everyone I just had 2 questions. This whole last week my urine has been very dark in color. I have been drinking plenty of fluids and eating right. Also for about the last 4 days I have not been able to sleep because I keep having night mares all night long! And I rarely rarely have a night mare. Can someone please help me know whatgoing on with my body? thanks so much!!

Nightmares can be brought on by stress or something worrying you in your life.

Dark coloured urine can be caused by fluids you've consummed or a urinary tract infection. See your doctor for a test to see if you have a UTI.
