Unusual Soreness. - Women's Health Message Board

Ok, I hope this is an ok forum. I looked and couldn't find anywhere else it would really fit.

For the past few days, about 3, my nipples have been pretty tender. I am on Ortho Tri Cycline Lo and have been for about 2 1/2 years. I just finished my second week of the cycle yesterday.

So, could this just be my hormones being a little extra crazy this month or should I worry?

It's probably normal. How long have they been sore?
I had very sore and tender nipples about 2 months ago, which lasted quite a few weeks. I'm on the depo pill injection, and also had very tender boobs. The nipples felt like they were irritated by clothing, coz whenever something rubbed against them, they would get very sore. It could be anything to do with the birth control pill though. If you haven't had it for very long, I would wait a week or 2 and see if they get any better. If not, see a doctor if it really bothers you.
