does prolonged absent period mean infertility??? - Women's Health Message Board

I haven't had a period since july of 2006. Does this mean that I am not fertile??? This worries me but I also asked because today unfortunately i had a condom break. I will still be with 24 hours in the morning when i go get the morning after pill but I was just wondering if i was actually fertile anyway??

Odds are probably you are infertile, but you shouldn't take a chance on it. I'd take the morning after pill just in case. This could be the month your body decided to ovulate again, you never know. Also, if your periods continue to be absent for so long, you should probably see the gynecologist to determine the cause.
