| Re: Increasing PMS Water Weight w/ Age?
Yea, I think weight gain is part of the PMS thing. I use to gain 5 or more pounds and feel horrible. I'll tell you what has helped me: I walk 30 minutes a day (a good power walk), and I eat lots of fruits and veggies (especially raw ones). I do this every day, not just the week before my period. It has really helped. Now I literally gain up to a pound or less. I feel much much better and the overall PMS is less. For me, it was difficult to establish healthier routines (I would CRAVE junk food something fierce) so I really had to make changes slowly, and it wasn't until I had established the healthier diet and exercise that I noticed a difference. PMS is a nasty thing. My heart goes out to you. Good luck,
