I agree that you do need to get checked for a UTI or whatever else could be wrong. ANd, you should do so as soon as possible. If it is a UTI, you don't want to let it go, because it can spread to your kidneys. In the meantime, there are some non-prescription, over the counter (at least in the u.s.) meds that can help with the discomfort of a UTI - Uristat comes to mind (mind you, though, it makes your urine turn orange).
