severe burning and pain while peeing

im 15 and for the past day and a half i have been having severe periods of pain after peeing. this has slowly been getting more and more painful. in two days i have an exam for 2 hours and whatever is happening to me makes me need to wee all the time. i have been drinking lots of water hoping to flush it away but i fear it wont be gone by monday. is there anyway i can get cured of this before my exam via everyday products because it is sunday tomoro so the doctors and chemist wont be open.
i looked through all the problems on here but i couldnt find any that match because i dont itch nd im not red. i recently felt pain during intercourse with my boyfriend, that couldnt have started it could it?

a quick responce would be very much apreciated.

Re: severe burning and pain while peeing

You should see the doctor and get checked for a urinary tract infection (UTI). That sounds like what it is. They can give you meds to help. In the meantime, you can try drinking a lot of cranberry juice, that sometimes helps. Also, if you can find D-mannose at a health food store, that is supposed to help UTIs as well.

I agree that you do need to get checked for a UTI or whatever else could be wrong. ANd, you should do so as soon as possible. If it is a UTI, you don't want to let it go, because it can spread to your kidneys. In the meantime, there are some non-prescription, over the counter (at least in the u.s.) meds that can help with the discomfort of a UTI - Uristat comes to mind (mind you, though, it makes your urine turn orange).
