fluish symptoms during period...help! - Women's Health Message Board

i feel so sick right now. today is the second day of my period. i am not on any birth control. yesterday and today ive been really dizzy, getting hot flashes, boughts of nausea, anxiety, etc. etc. im 25 years old and have had my period since i was 13. this is nothing new to me but for some reason my period is really bad this month. midol isnt working for my cramps and it usually does. does anyone else get the dizziness and hot flashes with thier periods? i feel so sick. i hate this.

Try Aleve. It was originally Anaprox and was a prescription for period pain.

Yes...I'm on day 2 also! I'm having all of your symptoms and lot's of clotting! I've acually just posted on this board the same type of thing. It must be a bad month for periods. I was acually concerned that something was really wrong. I'm feeling a bit better now but man this was the worst EVER and I'm 40.
