I had a partial hysterectomy kept the cervix and ovaries 5 years ago due to heavy bleeding. It was my sixth surgery before that I had 4 c-sections, and my tubes untied to have the 4th baby. now I keep getting large complex ovarian cysts only on the right side. They told me the last time I should have the cyst removed and would probably loose the entire ovary. But I have soo many pelvic adhesions already they wanted to send me to a larger city with a doc that is really good with adhesions. with the hysterectomy my blood count dropped down to 8 , and I have trouble with anesthesia. This time I have really bad pain and it hurts all the way into my hip bone. they doc gave me pain meds and says if its not better to call in a few days. I am worried it might rupture as I have a slight fever on top of everything else. anyone out there have complex cysts ?? and last time I had to have a ca125 to be sure it wasn't cancer this doc did not even mention that this time. is a blood test common with complex cysts??
